First: Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unopened, unused, in its original condition, and with intact packaging.

Cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening, to ensure safety and quality.

Second: Cases Eligible for Immediate Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements immediately in the following cases:

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

If the product is damaged or defective due to shipping.

If there are missing items in your order.

In these cases, you will be fully compensated or the correct product will be resent, and shipping costs will be fully covered by Glowra.

Third: Shipping & Refund Policy

If the issue is on Glowra’s side: Return or exchange is completely free.

If the customer changes their mind:

Returns are accepted only for sealed products.

Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
